- 2 beets
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 glass of water
- 2 cloves garlic
- Black pepper
- Oregano (optional)
- Basil (optional)
In a saucepan, Boil beets with peel until it becomes soft, about 20 minutes. Let them cool.
Cut the beets in small pieces, and transfer into the blender with yogurt and garlic and blend it.
Add water and mix it then add olive oil, and herbs whichever you like and serve it. It is so fresh, tasty, and healthy soup that is easy to make.
